Routine servicing of heating and cooling systems is an area we see that is most often overlooked and neglected. These systems are valuable assets to any property and when you implement and maintain routine servicing you are ensuring that your equipment is maintained, has the expected lifespan, whilst operating at a cost effective and efficient way.

Breakdown

We offer prompt break down and repair service. We have a team of specialised service and repair technicians who are also qualified and registered A Grade Electricians with years of Industry experience who have the experience to take care of all types of climate control systems. We understand that any break down impact your business. Most of our break downs are from non maintained and non-serviced machines.

Installation

We can supply and install all major heating and cooling systems, including split air conditioning, evaporative cooling and refrigerated ducted cooling. We offer professional advice to ensure that you have the right solution for your specific needs. We currently cater for commercial, offices, factories and industrial sites.

Routine Servicing

It is part of Occupational Health & Safety that any commercial property has all heating and cooling regularly serviced and maintained. Your heating and cooling is a major asset of your property and regular servicing and preventative maintenance will ensure the longevity, reliability and efficient use of your equipment. Air Conditioning systems are not not meant to be maintenance free and as part of any warranty regular servicing is required. We recommend that commercial systems are maintained on a quarterly basis or six monthly as a minimum.

When our Service Technicians are onsite, if the fault is small we can often rectify on the spot, if the issue requires specialised parts, or if your unit requires major repairs, we provide a quote and if approved, can order the necessary parts and return to fix your unit in a timely manner.

Our Technicians make every effort to fix a machine, we specialise in repairing older machines where replacement parts are no longer available.
